Lake Shores Capital is a small independent sponsor focused on the micro-cap and lower middle market spaces. Our industry focus is on niche manufacturing, value add distribution and business services. We prefer to invest in opportunities that are transformational in nature, requiring our team to jump in for a time as operators in order to unlock value from businesses that might otherwise be overlooked by other sponsors. We come from a background as operators and entrepreneurs that allows us to connect quickly and honestly with business owners who are ready to explore the next steps for stewardship of their business. Our geographical focus is for businesses in northern and central Indiana, southern Michigan and northwest Ohio. 

 

Our target enterprise value for platforms is between $1mm and $10mm, and add-on acquisitions may typically be as small as $250,000.
